Will my grillz fit properly?
Our impression kits are made to capture maximum detail which allows us to create grillz with superior comfort and stability. However there are very rare cases where due to the specific shape or position of a tooth, getting the grill to fit securely without dental adhesive is difficult. If this happens then a small amount of dental adhesive may need to be applied to hold the grill in place, we will provide this for you.
We guarantee that our product will fit on the mould you send to us, but we cannot guarantee that it will fit perfectly in your mouth, hence why we need a PERFECT MOULD OF YOUR TEETH FOR 100% ACCURACY.
We will only make the caps using a GOOD TEETH IMPRESSION AND NOTHING LESS.
Alternatively we will offer you a FREE adjustment here at our workshop! We will not post you a new kit or set for free! So please take this into consideration before ordering as you may have to travel to our workshop!

How long does the whole process take & Royal Mail Postage.
If you return your mould to us promptly then a typical total turnaround time is 7-9 days, however for more complex designs or if shipping to your location takes longer then this time could be extended, please be patient we are making your grillz to perfection.
If the post tracking shows that it has been delivered, we will believe this over any customer accusations. We work closely with Royal Mail. So if the tracking shows it’s been delivered. No further action will take place.
Do I have to ship the kit back myself?
Yes return shipping of the kit is your responsibility, the return address details will be attached to the kit.
Please use a reputable local domestic shipping provider to send your impressions to us (Royal Mail/Evri).

We offer customers an option to pay £10 extra for their order to be prioritised.
This means it will take 4/5 days for the work to be done!

This is because you’re paying for our time to get it done quicker and push your order in front of the line!
Refund / Issues!
You will not receive a refund if we have already started processing your order. This is simply because the product has been specifically manufactured to suit every client.
We also have a no refund policy in place. So please be 100% before placing your order!
If you have any issues with your order please contact us immediately, and we will offer you a free adjustment here at our workshop!
All orders are non-refundable. Any claims will be rejected and in case of any chargebacks our policy will be used as evidence of how we operate so please do not order if you are not confident with the process.
Can I have my moulds taken in person instead of using the postal service?
Yes, however you will have to travel to our office based in Milton Keynes. Please book an appointment through our Instagram or TikTok!
Can I east, drink, sleep or smoke with my grillz in?
Dental white and yellow gold is less reactive than traditional precious metals, so is fine for smoking & drinking (make sure you're grillz are very secure to avoid risk of accidently swallowing). For all other metals we advise against all of the above.
I want something custom designed!
To have something custom made you'll need to book in an appointment, during your appointment we'll explore all the different options and ideas available until we've come up with the perfect concept for you! We'll provide a price quote with a detailed breakdown of the costs. Then you'll need to pay a 50% deposit for us to start work, the remaining balance will be paid when the work has been completed.
Association with other companies?
No, we are not associated with any other company that supplies / is involved in the sale of Grillz.
We are independent & individual company based in Milton Keynes with no involvement with any other business.

We do not provide medical or dental advice, treatment, or professional assessments.
1. No Responsibility for Dental Damage or Health Issues
6Grillz is not liable for any dental or oral health issues that may arise before, during, or after using our products. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Tooth Damage: Chipping, cracking, breaking, loosening, or any other structural damage to teeth.
• Tooth Loss: Partial or complete loss of teeth due to the use of our grillz, improper fitting, or pre-existing dental conditions.
• Gum and Oral Irritation: Discomfort, swelling, pain, or allergic reactions caused by materials used in our grillz.
• Oral Infections: Bacterial, fungal, or viral infections resulting from improper hygiene, extended wear, or underlying dental issues.
• Teeth Shifting or Alignment Changes: Any unwanted movement of teeth or bite changes that could result from prolonged use.
• Existing Dental Conditions: Aggravation of cavities, gum disease, or other pre-existing conditions, whether diagnosed or undiagnosed.
2. Customer Responsibility & Dental Consultation
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your dental health is in a suitable condition to wear grillz. We strongly recommend consulting with a licensed dentist before purchasing or wearing our products, especially if you have pre-existing dental work (e.g., crowns, bridges, braces, veneers, implants) or oral health concerns.
3. Proper Use & Maintenance
To minimize risk, you agree to follow proper care instructions, including:
• Not wearing grillz for extended periods.
• Avoiding eating, drinking, or sleeping while wearing grillz.
• Cleaning and maintaining your grillz to prevent bacteria buildup.
• Ensuring a proper fit and removing the grillz if discomfort or pain occurs.
4. Waiver of Liability
By purchasing and using our products, you fully assume all risks associated with wearing grillz. You waive any claims, legal actions, or demands against 6Grillz, including its owners, employees, affiliates, and manufacturers, for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use of our products.
